A month ago several user's of Psiphon in Philippines got free internet access through their smartphone's. Some customer's of one internet service provider in the Philippines, got slow internet connection to their smartphone's due to the heavy user's of psiphon. Meanwhile, the loyal customer's of Globe Telecom complaint about their problem that they got low internet connection due the heavy user's of psiphon.

It has recently come to our attention that some of you may be bypassing your cell phone carrier’s billing systems when using Psiphon. As of next week, Psiphon will still be available for circumventing censorship to access sites and services that are blocked. However, you will no longer be able to bypass your cell phone carrier’s billing systems.
